Hotel Rooms; Do You Need One?

The PodCamp London organizing team has been busy around London trying to get things fully in place for May 8th, 2010. While doing so, the organizing team has been trying to make some arrangements to help attendees out in terms of accommodations.

We are currently looking into setting up a special hotel rate for the on-site hotel, Windermere Manor as well as Spencer Hall, which is located just down the road from the Convergence Centre where PodCamp London 2010 is being held.

With that said, in order for us to be able to reserve a block of rooms specifically for PodCamp London atendees we need to get a better idea of how many people would be interested in reserving a room for Friday May 7th, 20010 and/or May 8th, 2010.

As there are a number of other non-PodCamp London related events happening the same weekend, availability of rooms is limited, however, there is still the possibility of us being able to block out some rooms for PodCamp London attendees

Let us know if you are one of the attendees that would be seeking out a room at either location mentioned.  Just make a comment on this post so that we have a better idea of how many rooms we may need to set aside.
